Taylor Muñoz
Taylor believes retirement planning should begin with understanding what someone has worked a lifetime to build – and what they want that hard work to make possible.
As Founder and President of Solid Ground Wealth Advisors, Taylor specializes in helping individuals and families approaching or entering retirement make the transition from accumulating wealth to preserving it, generating dependable income, and using it with confidence. His approach is rooted in listening intently, educating clearly, and building practical strategies around the life each client’s money is meant to support.
Taylor’s path to financial services was shaped by over a decade in public service and leadership. He served as Chief of Staff to a Pennsylvania state senator and later as a township manager, experiences that strengthened his belief in thoughtful decision-making, clear communication, and service to others. The loss of his father also gave Taylor a deeply personal understanding of the importance of financial preparation and the impact it can have on the people left behind.
That perspective ultimately led Taylor to financial planning, where he was mentored by veteran retirement advisor Ralph Grauso. Today, Taylor carries that retirement-income tradition forward through Solid Ground, combining time-tested principles of preservation and dependable income with a modern, comprehensive approach to retirement strategy.
Taylor is a Series 65 fiduciary advisor and National Social Security Advisor® (NSSA®). He earned his degree in Business Administration from Messiah University and also hosts The Wealth Shift with Taylor Muñoz, an educational television program focused on helping viewers make more informed decisions about retirement and their financial future.
Outside the office, Taylor’s faith and family remain at the center of his life. He and his wife, Devin, are raising their three children, Landon, Lane, and Josie. He enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and serving organizations throughout his community.
For Taylor, Solid Ground is about more than managing money. It’s about helping people build a stronger financial foundation – and giving them greater confidence and freedom to live retirement with purpose.
